Technology training for global member banks

LAS worked alongside Visa CEMEA to develop a range of online learning and marketing materials to introduce ‘Verified by Visa’ to member banks all over the world.

The Issue

You have probably come across ‘Verified by Visa’ when doing your online shopping. It is a way of protecting your card against unauthorised use and giving you peace of mind when shopping online. When VIsa CEMEA launched this technology, they needed a way to communicate this new development to member banks globally and to train them on implementing it.

The Solution

We developed a number of ways to deliver this learning for Visa CEMEA, including interactive CD-Roms, media delivered on USB sticks and media to be used in classroom training sessions across the world.
