Data from the 'Contact us' form is securely held in Webflow, where our website is hosted, in the first instance and then will be used to email or phone you. Your data is deleted from Webflow as soon as it is actioned. We will delete your contact details from our email and / or phone records within 3 months unless the contact is ongoing and with your agreement.
If you have completed the 'Get in Touch' form under each service:
- Name

- How you heard about LAS
Data from the 'Get in Touch' form is securely held in Webflow, where our website is hosted, in the first instance and then will be used to email or phone you to discuss your learning need. Your data is deleted from Webflow as soon as it is actioned. We will delete your contact details from our email and / or phone records within 3 months unless the contact is ongoing and with your agreement.
If you have completed the newsletter sign-up form:
This is securely held within the Mailchimp application and only used for the purpose of sending you the newsletter every 6 weeks. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of the newsletter, at which time your email address will be deleted from Mailchimp.
If you have completed the Learning eXperience Design (LXD) course sign-up form:
- First name
- Surname
- Position
- Organisation
- Country - this helps us to schedule webinar times that work for as many people as possible across timezones.
- Why you want to do this course - this helps us to tailor the content to your needs.
- How you heard about LAS
‘‘LXD course sign-up’’ form data is securely held in Webflow, where our website is hosted, in the first instance. It will be used to email you with course details, to help us gauge the right content for the audience and to send you the Knowledge Tree (our mailer that contains useful tips and opinions) by email every 6 weeks. Once you have been accepted onto the course, your name and email address will be loaded into aNew Spring. The platform where the course is hosted. Within 12 months of the course being complete, these details will be deleted from aNewSpring and from Webflow.
Once we have completed the relevant contact with you and / or provided you with the relevant services, your data will be deleted within 12 months, unless we have your written permission to hold it for longer.
If you have completed the Skills Mapper Toolkit sign-up form:
- First name
- Surname
Data from the 'Skills Mapper Toolkit' form is securely held in Webflow, where our website is hosted, in the first instance. It will then be used to email you via Gmail to send you an excel file of the Toolkit and a pdf of how to use it. Your data is deleted from Webflow within 3 months of being actioned and is then held on our CRM, Pipedrive, for the purpose of sending you further marketing communications. We will delete your contact details from Pipedrive within 6 months, unless the contact is ongoing.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website to monitor traffic, what countries it is coming from and pages that are popular (and not so popular). This data is stored in the cloud by Google. We don’t triangulate this with any other data to enable us to identify individuals. If you would like us to remove your IP address from our reporting please get in touch with us on the email below. Data will be stored on Google Analytics for 50 months.
