The Open University launches 2024 Trends in Learning Report

Every year, The Open University produces Trends in Learning, their in-depth report into innovations in workplace learning. They identify emerging trends that are either already having an impact on the world of work, or will do in the future. They then analyse the trends and explore them further with subject matter experts.

We're delighted that this year, LAS Director, Tess Robinson, was invited to contribute to the report as one of the experts on the theme of climate action, looking at L&D's role and what sills are needed to ensure a bright future.
