We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Technology Adoption Accelerator (TAA) service. Building on two decades of award-winning work in digital transformation, the TAA is designed to tackle a critical challenge: technology doesn't change businesses - people do.

With a staggering 53% of SaaS licenses typically going unused - costing organisations an average of $21 million annually in wasted spend (Zylo 2025 SaaS Management Index) - getting people to change behaviour and fully adopt new technology is more important than ever.

Developed with support from Innovate UK and Digital Catapult, our tailored service combines the power of the latest AI tools with the expertise of our human consultants. It follows our proven, human-centred 3xM^TM Model to maximise the adoption of any new or existing technology. We’re also building Accelerators for widely-used tech which suffer from poor adoption - the first being the AI Adoption Accelerator.
