Our internally developed Next Generation Learning methodology, honed over years, helps us to strategically categorise content based on its impact on risk, desired behaviours and attitudes to ensure maximum effectiveness. This methodology has been adopted by L&D teams in many of our customers and is the basis for several of our Gold award-winning projects.

If Next Generation Learning is your own methodology, how do you know that it works?

Why do we need an adoption service if our software vendor provides training?

Close Answer

Standard vendor training often focuses on the process. We focus on your people and the psychological and behavioural factors that cause employees to resist or ignore new tools. We address the "why" to ensure the software actually becomes part of their daily workflow.

Can the Technology Adoption Accelerator help with the adoption of software we already rolled out?

Close Answer

Yes. Our methodology is designed to boost the ROI of both new and existing software. If you have "cold spots" where current SaaS or custom tools are being underused, we diagnose the human factors involved and design a plan to reignite adoption.

What is the 3xM™ Model and how does it work?

Close Answer

The 3xM™ Model is our proprietary framework consisting of three phases: Map, Measure, and Move. It is a human-centred methodology used to understand current behaviours, measure the human impact of change, and move your team toward lasting adoption.

How long does it take to see results from the Technology Adoption Accelerator?

Close Answer

Because our approach is data-driven and highly targeted, we can deliver lasting adoption more quickly than traditional, generic communication campaigns. We focus on fine-tuning the approach to ensure a clear, measurable return on investment as early as possible.
